How it works
Three steps, a few minutes
- 01
Paste your review link
Use the “Ask for reviews” link from your Google Business Profile, or your Place ID. We spot map links that would make customers hunt for the review button.
- 02
Make the card yours
Add your logo and colour, pick a design and write it in one or two languages. We warn you if the wording breaks Google’s review rules.
- 03
Print it and send it
Put the card on tables and the counter, and send the link on WhatsApp after a visit or a delivery.
Questions
Questions owners ask
Is this really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit. Everything is made in your browser, and your link never leaves your device.
Where do I find my Google review link?
Open your Google Business Profile, on Google Maps on your phone or by searching your business name on Google, and tap “Ask for reviews”. Copy the link it gives you. If you can’t find that button, look up your business in Google’s Place ID Finder and paste the Place ID (it starts with ChIJ). Both open the review form on phones. A link copied from Google Search only does that on computers.
Can I give a discount for a review?
No. Google doesn’t allow offering anything in return for a review and can remove those reviews. This tool warns you if your wording sounds like an incentive. You can still thank customers; just don’t reward the review itself.
Can I ask only my happy customers?
Google doesn’t allow asking only customers you expect to be positive, or asking for a particular star rating. Put the card where everyone sees it and ask for an honest review.
Do customers need a Google account?
Yes, Google needs them to be signed in to post a review. Most Android phones already are, and iPhone users can sign in from the review page.
Does the QR code expire?
No. It holds your review link, which keeps working for as long as your Google listing exists.
Where should I put it?
On tables, at the billing counter, on takeaway bags and on your bills. Sending the link on WhatsApp the same day as the visit or delivery works best.
