We collect information directly from you (the Restaurant Owner) and information you provide about your customers to facilitate restaurant operations.

A. Account Information (Owners)

  • Authentication: We use a secure, manual signup process (Email, Phone Number, and Password). We do not use third-party OAuth.
  • Business Details: Restaurant name, address, and contact details for billing and order management.

B. Customer Data (Stored by Owner)

  • Identity: Name and Phone Number.
  • History: Order history and preferences.
  • Operations: Table assignments and reservation details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Core Functionality: To manage orders, generate bills, and maintain restaurant records.
  • Account Security: To verify your identity during login.
  • Communication: To provide technical support or updates regarding the App.

3. Data Protection & Sharing (Our Promise)

No Selling of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your customers' data to any third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

No Eavesdropping

We do not monitor, "eavesdrop," or analyze your private business data for any purpose other than providing the service you have requested.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your password and sensitive data from unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Services

While Tripti operates as a standalone tool, if you choose to integrate with third-party services (such as Tally for accounting or delivery platforms), data is only shared with your explicit configuration and consent.

5. Data Deletion

Owners have the right to delete their accounts. Upon request, all associated restaurant and customer data will be permanently removed from our active databases, subject to any legal or tax-related record-keeping requirements.
