Welcome to Tripti. By accessing or using our restaurant management application and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By creating an account or using Tripti, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Tripti provides restaurant management tools including but not limited to: order management, table management, billing, offline-capable operations, and reporting. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and business information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Obtain any required consents from your customers where their data is collected or processed through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

Tripti and its content, features, and functionality (excluding any data you provide) are owned by Tanvish Technologies (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanvish Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
